Daraus entsteht das typische Salbeiaroma: w\u00fcrzig, warm und ein wenig zusammenziehend.<\/p>\n<h3>How it is prepared<\/h3>\n<p>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Bl\u00e4tter mit 200 bis 250 ml kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, etwa 10 Minuten ziehen lassen und abseihen, warm trinken, bis zu 3 Tassen am Tag. Zum Gurgeln 2,5 g Salbei mit 100 ml hei\u00dfem Wasser 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.
