Use as a short course for a few days, not continuously. Leave at least two hours between taking this product and all other medications, including birth control pills.<\/p>\n<div class=\"eh-warn\">\n<h3>Good to know<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Activated charcoal also binds medications, vitamins and minerals: never take them at the same time, leave at least two hours between doses.<\/li>\n<li>Black stools are normal. Constipation can occur, so drink plenty of fluids.<\/li>\n<li>Do not treat diarrhea with fever, blood in the stool or suspected poisoning yourself, but go to the emergency room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0\">As always, dietary supplements are a supplement, not a substitute for good food and not a substitute for medical advice.
