OriginRapunzel from the fairy tale

Feldsalat-Rosette auf weißem Hintergrund

In the Grimm fairy tale, the pregnant woman longs so much for the rapunzel from the sorceress's garden that she gives up her first child for it.

To useWas Vogerlsalat für dich tut

Vogerlsalat gehört zu den most nutrient-rich saladsIt provides beta-carotene, vitamin C (around 38 mg per 100 g), folate, iron (about 2 mg), potassium and vitamin K - and that in the middle of winter, when fresh greens are otherwise scarce.

Ayurveda & TCMWhat the old systems say

Ayurveda
